　　公司所购原材料，有专人现场跟踪，做到现场监测与进厂验收相结合，以此保证原材料达到本公司内控和用户合同所规定的要求。
　　公司拥有国内先进的自由锻锤5吨双臂电液锤1台，并配有2台相应的机械操作机，5吨自动出料机。锻造加热采用达到国家环保标准的混合煤气发生炉，以及高温电炉，并配有对锻件不同材料的回火炉、沙场冷却、水冷却等设施，设备齐全，加工能力强！生产单件5吨以下的各种材料的重型锻件。

　　Located at advantageous interjunction among Shanghai,Zhejiang and Jiangsu,Wujiang Max Power Forging Co.,Ltd. has　factory land 50 mu among which 6000sqm is workshop area.We have complete set of forging equipments with production capacity of 12000 t/y.

　　The advanced equipments include: free gorging hammer 5t,double arm hammer supported by 2 sets of relevant　machines;automatic cutting machine 5t.Mixed gas producer and hight temp.electric resistance furnance can meet requirement of state environment protection.We have also equipments,such as draw furnace,sand/water cooling for forged pc max. 5t.
